1.   首先，開齒操作之前，要先將開齒機進行調(diào)試，然后進行開齒。

Firstly, before the gear opening operation, the gear opening machine should be debugged first, and then the gear opening should be carried out.

2.   其次，開齒機的沖頭及沖模必須鋒利，并要咬合一致，間隙小于0.1毫米。假如沖頭不鋒利，則鋸齒容易發(fā)生裂口和變形，尤其比較薄的鋸條容易發(fā)生扭曲這樣的沖頭應該立即修磨。假如這樣的沖頭開齒，應用錘子修平鋸齒，防止鋸切時跑鋸。

Secondly, the punch and die of the gear opening machine must be sharp and have consistent bite, with a gap of less than 0.1 millimeters. If the punch is not sharp, the saw teeth are prone to cracking and deformation, especially for thinner saw blades that are prone to twisting. Such punch heads should be immediately ground. If such a punch has teeth, use a hammer to smooth out the serrations to prevent the saw from running during cutting.

3.   鋸條開齒時，鋸條必須呈水平狀態(tài)，其表面要與開齒機沖頭的沖壓方向垂直，不得傾斜。同時鋸條邊緣要與導軌平行，開齒后的齒距，齒高應均勻一致。

When the saw blade is toothed, it must be in a horizontal state, and its surface must be perpendicular to the punching direction of the toothed machine punch, without tilting. At the same time, the edge of the saw blade should be parallel to the guide rail, and the tooth pitch and tooth height after tooth opening should be uniform and consistent.

4.   鋸條開齒時，如果手工開齒器應留出1~1.5毫米的研磨余量，如果使用自動開齒機可留出0.5~1毫米的研磨余量，過大過小都會浪費鋸條和砂輪。當開齒機不能按規(guī)定開齒時，可加大研磨余量，再用磨鋸機研磨出正確的齒形。

4. When using a saw blade to open teeth, a grinding allowance of 1-1.5 millimeters should be left for manual tooth openers. If using an automatic tooth opener, a grinding allowance of 0.5-1 millimeters can be left. Both too large and too small will waste the saw blade and grinding wheel. When the tooth opening machine cannot open the teeth according to the regulations, the grinding allowance can be increased, and then the correct tooth shape can be ground with a sawing machine.

5.   如果帶鋸條有硬度高的燒斑部分，則燒斑部分的開齒比其他部分要淺，在研磨齒形時，對于燒斑開齒部分，要多加研磨，以使齒高整齊。如果燒斑部分開齒很深，鋸齒容易折斷。

5. If the saw blade has a high hardness burn spot, the open teeth of the burn spot are shallower than other parts. When grinding the tooth profile, more grinding should be done on the burn spot open teeth to make the tooth height neat. If the burnt area has deep teeth, the serrations are prone to breakage.

6.   我們在操作工程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)齒底，齒喉，齒背部位出現(xiàn)碎裂，凹陷和鋸齒彎曲等不正常情況時，應立即停止操作，認真查找原因。

6. In the process of operating the project, if we find any abnormal conditions such as cracks, dents, or serrated bends at the bottom, throat, or back of the teeth, we should immediately stop the operation and carefully investigate the cause.
